Crakehall C of E Primary school serves the villages of Crakehall, Langthorne, Newton le Willows and Patrick Brompton. The school has 74 children from the ages of 4-11years old. Children are taught in whole classes, small groups and as individuals.
Crakehall School are pleased to announce that for the accademic year 2008-2009 we will be increasing to 4 classes. Reception Class (16 children), Y1/Y2 class(19 children),Y3/Y4 class (18 chilren) and Y5/Y6 class (20 Children).
Our staff work hard and they strive to encourage the children in their care to achieve in many areas of their school lives. It is our intention to make each child’s stay with us a happy and successful one, where they will have lasting memories of their time with us.
At Crakehall Primary School we aim to provide a stimulating and caring environment, respecting each other’s individuality and contributions. Our approach is to create a happy and welcoming ethos and to make learning purposeful and challenging.
Crakehall School parents are generous with the support they give to their children, as well as the wider school community through the activities of our thriving PTA ( FOC)s. As partners in their children’s learning they are fully involved in shaping our school’s direction in terms of provision and resources.
